Information Collection Technologies and Cookies
To better serve our users and to analyze and enhance the performance of our Sites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about our users, such as your browsing behavior, links clicked, device type, and to collect various data, including analytics, about how you use and interact with our Sites and our advertisers.
To opt-out of the use of cookies on our Sites, you can change your browser options to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting cookies. Certain aspects of our service may be limited if you do not accept cookies. More information about cookies and other tracking technologies is available at allaboutcookies.org or youronlinechoices.eu.
Do Not Track. Some web browsers may transmit “do not track” signals. We do not take action to respond to do not track signals available on some browsers. This is because web browsers may incorporate or activate these features differently, making it unclear if users have consciously activated them. As a result, at this time we do not take steps to respond to such signals. You can manage your cookie preferences using your own browser settings to accept or block some or all cookies or receive notice so you can consent to cookies. If you block all cookies some features of our Sites may be unavailable or limited.
Special Note for European Visitors. In connection with the effectiveness of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Economic Area (EEA), Gobundance Ascend LLC has determined to eliminate or limit the use of cookies and similar technologies with visitors from the EEA. Specifically:
- We will not seek your consent to use cookies in this instance, though the publisher of the site may do so.
- If you visit one of or our owned and operated sites, we will only place limited third-party cookies, such as those made available for analytics purposes by Google and Bing.
- In this case, we will seek your consent to use these third-party cookies and will only do so after you indicate your consent. If you do not consent, then no cookies will be written to your device.
If you do not consent, you will still be able to use the Site, but certain functionality may be limited. To enable this feature, we use third-party tools to determine your geographic location; if these tools indicate that you are in the EEA, then we treat your visit as above. If you feel that you are subject to the GDPR, but we have nonetheless used cookies in connection with your visit without consent – which may be due to a failure of the third party geolocation tools; your use of a proxy server, your location outside of the EEA at the time of your visit; or some other factor beyond our control – please notify us at info@jamiegruber.com.com with any relevant details so that we can ensure proper treatment of your data under GDPR.

Confidentiality and Security
The security of your personal information is very important, and we take a number of steps to safeguard it. For example, we limit access to personal information to those employees or agents who need the information to provide requested products and services to you. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with or exceed federal standards to guard your personal information, and we anonymize or expunge data when it is no longer necessary to provide services to our users or substantiate records for our partners.

However, when you visit links from our Sites, keep in mind you will be interacting with a third-party that operates under its own privacy and security policy. If you choose to obtain services through a third-party site, the data collected by the third-party is governed by their privacy policy. A third-party site should also have its own policy regarding the use of cookies and other tracking technologies. We encourage you to review the policies of any third party from whom you request services.

Special Notice to California Residents
If you reside in California, we are required to provide additional information to you about how we use and disclose your information and any additional rights with regard to how we use your information. We have included this California-specific information below.
Shine the Light. California residents may, no more than once per calendar year, request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. To be valid, requests must be submitted to us at info@jamiegruber.com. Within thirty days of receiving this request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed for direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of the third parties.
Uses and Disclosure of Your Information.
Consistent with the “Information We Collect and How We Use Your Information” section above, we collect certain categories and specific pieces of information about individuals that are considered “personal information” in California. As detailed above, we may collect this personal information from you and other third parties. We collect, share, and disclose personal information for business and commercial purposes as described in the “Information We Collect and How We Use Your Information” and “Information Sharing and Disclosure” sections above.
Rights regarding your information:
Access, Deletion, and Information. Subject to certain exceptions, as a California resident, you have the right to: (i) access your personal information; (ii) have your personal information deleted; and (iii) receive information about the categories of personal information about you that we have “sold” (as that term is defined under applicable California law) to third parties and also that we have disclosed for business purposes. To exercise these rights:
- Please visit the “Updating, Obtaining, or Removing Your Information” section for more information on how you can exercise these rights. We may ask you to provide us with additional information to verify your request.
- You may also contact us at info@jamiegruber.com for assistance in exercising your California rights described above.
Should you wish to request the exercise of these rights as detailed above, we will not discriminate against you by showing you different products or services based solely upon this request.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information. Some of our sharing activities may be considered a “sale” of personal information under California law. In addition, your opt-out will not prevent any advertising network from displaying advertising that is not customized to you and your interests and, consequently, may be less relevant to you. Please also note that you will need to make such choices on each browser and device you may use to visit our Sites.
If you wish to put on file with us your preference to opt-out of our sharing of your personal Information with third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes or to find out more about your opt-out rights, please email us at info@jamiegruber.com.
